Premium Edition
Perfect as a long term storage solution with its activated charcoal filter and operating temperature range of 5°C - 20°C, using a digital control and display. Rest your bottles on smooth and vibration free pull-out shelves, and lock the door to keep your collection safe. Thanks to its winter system, you have the flexibility of placing this unit in a colder ambient climate such as a basement.
What bottles will the WLB160F hold?
Swisscave products are designed around Bordeaux bottle of a length of up to 30-31cm and diameter of 7.5-8cm - if you plan on storing any larger bottles than a typical Bordeaux bottle you will either need to utilise the bottom shelf or the shelves are easy to remove.
Ventilation and Install requirements:
The WLB160F is designed as a front venting unit which means it can be used as a freestanding or a built in unit with cabinets built around it. If building cabinets around the wine cooler, it is best to leave 1cm to the rear of the unit and also bear in mind that the overhang on the Swisscave units is approximately 1.5cm - so to have the wine cooler sitting flush, this will need to be accounted for pre-purchase/installation. Delivery FAQs
We aim to deliver stock items in 2-3 weeks as we transfer goods to the NI depot every 1-2 weeks.
Once the goods are transferred, our logistics will be in touch to confirm a delivery date. Please note, delivery lead time can be extended upto 5 weeks. Please contact us directly so we can advise further.
Unfortunately, this service is not currently available in Northern Ireland and Republic or Ireland.
Delivery will be between 8 and 6pm Monday - Friday, the driver will call the recipient before delivery. An ETA will be given on the morning of delivery via email or SMS.
Yes, that wouldn't be a problem - for stock items we would store them in our warehouse for upto a couple of months. For non stock wine coolers, we would ensure they are ordered and ready for you when you require delivery. We will always try our best to accommodate you.
Yes, the majority of our units are delivered from our UK warehouse - the cost varies between €39-€69 depending on the size of the item ordered.
Please note if you choose the 2 person delivery service, the lead time will be longer (up to 4 weeks) as we deliver the units into our 2 person logistics provider based in Northern Ireland.
If your wine cooler arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the item, please contact us immediately when the crew are still on site.
If you cancel your order and the goods are still in our warehouse, then there will be no charge - if you cancel your order when the goods have left our warehouse and collected by our courier, we will deduct the cost of the delivery from the refund. As an indication, the cost of this will vary depending on the size of the unit and will be in the range of £75 to £145+VAT.
We strongly advise you check the dimensions of the product before ordering, some of our products are ordered in especially for this order and means the order cannot be cancelled once the goods have been collected.
