The DAU-40.138B is a 60cm wide single zone built in wine cooler and is part of the Kitchen Undercounter line from Dunavox, as the name suggests these models are designed to be situated under a counter top with kitchen cabinets built around the wine cooler. With white internal LED lighting, digital temperature display and a black tinted glass door the DAU-40.138B creates a high-end, luxury finish in any kitchen. The reversible door means you can have the door opening from either side, whichever best suits your kitchen layout.
This unit requires fixing to the adjacent cabinet using provided brackets for stability purposes.
Wine Storage Compartment
This model has a capacity of 40Bordeaux bottles which are stored on metal label view shelving. The DAU-40.138B has one temperature zone with an operating temperature of between 5 and 22°C allowing you to bring your wines to their optimum serving temperature whilst being protected from the full UV treated glass door.
Label View Shelving
Dunavox have brought something slightly different to the wine cooler market with this model, featuring label view shelving which mounts the bottles horizontally which shows off your wine bottles more so than standard shelving. With the ability to fit champagne bottles as well, the shelves are designed with larger bottles in mind.
Due to the nature of the shelving, this unit does need to be attached to the cabinet next to it in order to avoid tipping forward.
Energy Efficiency and Noise Level
The DAU-40.138B is a highly efficient 600mm dual zone wine cooler which is rated A for energy efficiency using 116 kWh/annum. This undercounter wine cooler is also quiet with an operating noise of 41dB, with the compressor being mounted on vibration free rubber mountings - perfect for luxury kitchens.

Delivery FAQs
We aim to deliver stock items in 2-3 weeks as we transfer goods to the NI depot every 1-2 weeks.
Once the goods are transferred, our logistics will be in touch to confirm a delivery date. Please note, delivery lead time can be extended upto 5 weeks. Please contact us directly so we can advise further.
Unfortunately, this service is not currently available in Northern Ireland and Republic or Ireland.
Delivery will be between 8 and 6pm Monday - Friday, the driver will call the recipient before delivery. An ETA will be given on the morning of delivery via email or SMS.
Yes, that wouldn't be a problem - for stock items we would store them in our warehouse for upto a couple of months. For non stock wine coolers, we would ensure they are ordered and ready for you when you require delivery. We will always try our best to accommodate you.
Yes, the majority of our units are delivered from our UK warehouse - the cost varies between €39-€69 depending on the size of the item ordered.
Please note if you choose the 2 person delivery service, the lead time will be longer (up to 4 weeks) as we deliver the units into our 2 person logistics provider based in Northern Ireland.
If your wine cooler arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the item, please contact us immediately when the crew are still on site.
If you cancel your order and the goods are still in our warehouse, then there will be no charge - if you cancel your order when the goods have left our warehouse and collected by our courier, we will deduct the cost of the delivery from the refund. As an indication, the cost of this will vary depending on the size of the unit and will be in the range of £75 to £145+VAT.
We strongly advise you check the dimensions of the product before ordering, some of our products are ordered in especially for this order and means the order cannot be cancelled once the goods have been collected.
